The Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Prospective Outcomes (IPF-PRO) Registry started recruiting in 2014 with the objective of studying Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. In 2018, the registry expanded to include recruitment of participants with other chronic fibrosing interstitial lung diseases (ILDs) with progressive phenotype also referred to as progressive fibrosing interstitial lung diseases in the Chronic Fibrosis Interstitial Lung Disease with Progressive Phenotype (ILD-PRO) Registry. When the third phase of the registry begins, the IPF-PRO registry will enroll additional patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. This IPF-PRO registry is a prospective registry that will collect information regarding the natural history, health care interactions, participant reported questionnaire data to assess quality of life, and the methods of treatment of participants with a diagnosis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) or of another chronic fibrosing interstitial lung disease (ILD) with progressive phenotype established at the enrolling centers. In addition, blood samples and chest image studies will be collected and banked for future research projects.

The goal of this observational study is to help us understand more about the best ways to help individuals living with Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) get the best care. The main question it aims to answer is: How to find individuals unaffiliated from SCD specialist care use three distinct pathways? Once unaffiliated individuals are found using the pathways, Investigators will employ linkage coordinators (trained staff) to engage these patients in care. Participants will be asked to fill out an assessment survey which will cover areas such as previous and current treatment, clinic and hospital experience, pain, and quality of life. Participants will also be given the option of participation in a 1-hour long interview how they feel about treatment for sickle cell disease including clinic experience, pain, and quality of life?

This study will enroll two cohorts: one cohort of participants with a minimal number of countable motor seizures (with or without behavioral symptoms) (Phase 3 Cohort 1: Qualifying Seizures Cohort); and a second cohort with disease symptoms but no seizures or fewer seizures than required for the Qualifying Seizures Cohort (Phase 3 Cohort 2: Without Qualifying Seizures Auxiliary Cohort). Participants in each cohort will be randomized 1:1 to receive active drug (radiprodil) or matching placebo (Part A). Following completion of Part A, all eligible participants (including those previously on placebo) may continue into the open-label extension period (Part B) to receive radiprodil. The placebo-controlled portion is expected to be approximately 16 weeks for participants in Phase 3 Cohort 1 and 28 weeks for participants in Phase 3 Cohort 2. Migraine is a disease that most often causes moderate to severe headache on one side of the head. A migraine attack is a headache that may be accompanied by throbbing, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, or other symptoms. The goals of the study are to evaluate adverse events and how well treatment of atogepant works compared to placebo (looks like the study treatment but contains no medicine) in preventing chronic migraine in participants between 12 and 17 years of age. Atogepant is a medicine currently approved in the United States and Europe for the preventive treatment of migraine in adult patients with migraine and is being studied for the preventative treatment of chronic migraine in participants between the ages of 12 and 17 years. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the 2 groups to be treated with either atogepant or placebo. This study is double-blinded, which means that neither the patients nor the study doctors know who is given which study treatment. Approximately 420 participants 12 to 17 years of age with chronic migraine will be enrolled at approximately 70 sites across the world. Participants will receive oral tablets of atogepant or placebo once daily for 12 weeks and will be followed for 4 weeks. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic and the effects of treatment will be checked by completion of a daily diary, medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects, and completing questionnaires.
